Your health is one of the most important elements you should not neglect chasing your goals. Your energy as well. You should start taking proper care of yourself, start eating the food that’s healthy for you, start moving your body, start removing toxic habits, start giving yourself what you need to be healthy and full with energy. It’s the most important thing, it’s what fuels you.
